Dr. Julian Lewis: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what assessment he has made of whether (a) Iraq and (b) Iran have covertly produced biological weapons. [18268] Mr. Bradshaw: It is not Government policy to comment on specific intelligence assessments. However, with reference to Iraq, I refer the hon. Member to the answer which the Prime Minister gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Linlithgow (Mr. Dalyell) on 5 November 2001, Official Report, column 6W.
