To ask the Minister of State, Lord Chancellor's Department, how many appeals were made to the Immigration Appeal Tribunal against decisions of an immigration adjudictor in cases in which he has made a decision to deport in the last year for which figures are available. - Information is not collected centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.
