(Further to 133 c677-8W on Settle-Carlisle railway line), to list structural liabilities on Settle-Carlisle route which would be taken over by any private sector operator; if obligations on 144 miles of lineside fencing would be removed; what requirements on provision of services & retention of railway facilities would fall on private purchasers.
