- To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, if she will publish the full details of the agreement between the Government and the Bank of America in relation to the Skye Bridge; if the figure quoted in the Assignation Statement in Relation to the A87 Toll Order for the construction of the Skye Bridge was index-linked; and if the full cost of the Skye Bridge has been met. - A devolved matter for the Scottish Executive.
