- To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, how many unfilled vacancies there were in the higher education sector for all grades of lecturer posts in (a) 1995 and (b) 2000. - This information is not held centrally. Individual universities, as employers, are responsible for monitoring their own vacancies.
