Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, if he will list those enumeration districts which are in the top 5 per cent. measured by (a) reduction in population in the last 10, 20 and 30 years and (b) change of population in the last 10, 20 and 30 years for which information is available. - Responsibility for this has been devolved to the Northern Ireland Assembly.
