Mr. Llew Smith: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the quangos which were operating in April 1997 which subsequently have had their powers transferred to other quangos. [67232] Mr. Michael: Since April 1997, the powers of the Development Board for Rural Wales and the Land Authority for Wales have been transferred to the Welsh Development Agency.
