Answer

Mrs. Mahon: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will investigate the procedures used at Doncaster Coroner's Court in relation to the completed inquests into the suicides of prisoners held in the Premier Prison in Doncaster in 1997. [68580] Mr. George Howarth: We have no plans to do so. Any dissatisfaction with the exercise of the coroner's discretion is a matter for the courts. Complaints about the conduct of the coroner or the administration of the court may be referred to the Home Office.
