Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, whether applications for the last digital radio licence available for London will be determined prior to a change in the law; under what circumstances radio stations can obtain automatic renewal of their analogue licences by applying for a digital licence; what the Government's policy is on granting an automatic renewal of Premier's analogue licence. - Will write.

Answer: Mr. Leigh: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport (1) whether applications for the last digital radio licence available for London will be determined prior to a change in the law; [161128] (2) under what circumstances radio stations can obtain automatic renewal of their analogue licences by applying for a digital licence; [161129] (3) what the Government's policy is on granting an automatic renewal of Premier's analogue licence.
