Question: To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department, what the total amount of funding provided by the Legal Services Commission is in respect of family visitor appeals since (a) 2nd October 2000 and (b) 1st February; in how many cases the Legal Services Commission has funded legal representation at the oral hearing of a family visitor appeal since (a) 2nd October 2000 and (b) 1st February. - Information is not readily available and disproportionate cost.
