Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many NHS vacancies there were for (a) doctors, (b) health visitors, (c) professions allied to medicine and (d) nurses and midwives; and how many such posts in each category have been vacant for three nonths in each of the last 10 years for which figures are available. - Ref to 26 February 2001, 363 c426-30W.
