Mr. Webb: To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will estimate the monetary value of unclaimed Winter Fuel Payments by men aged 60-64 for the (a) 1997-98, (b) 1998-99 and (c) 1999-2000 winters. [157054] Mr. Rooker: It is not possible to provide a reliable estimate of the monetary value of unclaimed Winter Fuel Payments by men aged 60-64 in respect of winters 1997-98; 1998-99 and 1999-2000.
