Mr. Stephen O'Brien: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what discussions he has had with the hon. Member for Leicester, East on the contents of the report of the Committee on Standards and Privileges relating to his conduct. [154070] Mr. Robin Cook: I first saw the report when it was published on 12 March. I first discussed it with my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester, East (Mr. Vaz) on the latter's return from Cyprus late on 14 March.
