Member for Leicester, East on the contents of the report of the Committee on Standards and Privileges relating to his conduct. [154070] Mr. Robin Cook: I first saw the report when it was published on 12 March. I first discussed it with my hon. Friend the Member for Leicester, East (Mr. Vaz) on the latter's return from Cyprus late on 14 March.
