- How many cases of scratching windows of trains were detected by the British Transport Police in the last 12 months for which figures are available; and how these cases were disposed of by the police or by the courts. [HL 1764]. - Inc figures and ref to 20 November 2001, 628 c131WA, and fact that figures on the final outcome of each case could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
