To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will place in the Library a copy of the Government's response to the proposals of the Dutch Presidency for the parliamentary oversight of the ESDP. - Fact that Dutch proposal was circulated as a basis for discussion and as such does not require a formal response. (Holding answer 29 January 2001).
