- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his Answer of 17th May, Official Report, 331 c239W, if the subject matter covered in the letter from the Dutch Government of 16th July 1997 on the Amsterdam Treaty negotiations has been referred to in the content of the Home Secretary's proposal to join elements of the Schengen system. - No, it has not.
