- Further to 133 c677-84 how much of costs of promoting any private Bill required for private operation of Blackburn-Hellifield & Settle-Carlisle railways will be met by British Rail & Exchequer & what advice will be given to prospective purchasers as to applicability of Light Railways Act to any future private operation of these railways.
