- To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, when he expects the consultation document on the implementation of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 to be published. - we intend shortly to publish jointly with the Public Carriage Office, a consultation document on the licensing of minicab operators in London.
