- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, pursuant to his Answer of 25th November, 2002 at 395 c80W, on Global Crossing, if he will place the implementation timetable in the Library; how many times there have been circuit interruptions each month since the service level agreements have been in place; and if he will make a statement. - Includes fact that formal implementation timetable forms part of contract. I am therefore withholding information about it under Exemption 13 of The Code of Practice on Access to Government Information (Third Party's commercial confidences), and includes no figures.
