Mr. Laurence Robertson: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans he has to increase the value of vouchers for the purchase of spectacles for people on low incomes; and if he will make a statement. [84854] Mr. Lammy: Optical voucher values are reviewed every year and we will be making an announcement about the 2003-04 rates shortly.
