- To publish advice Nature Conservancy Council submitted on recent granting of a sea-bed lease for purpose of salmon farming at Sian bay, Sutherland; if applicant submitted an assessment of likely environmental impact of salmon farm & to publish names of all those conservation or environmental organisations which objected to proposal. - (holding answer 20 Jul 1989).
