- What rules are in place governing the use of public funds to publish material or to commission advertising to promote or describe the perceived achievements of the Government; and what publications they have sponsored, and what advertising programmes they have commissioned, since May 1997; and what has been the cost to public funds of these initiatives; and whether they have any plans to sponsor further publications or to commission further advertising and, if so, what are the anticipated costs of these proposals.
