Patsy Calton: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions if he will review the arrangements for the granting and collection of Crisis Loans, with particular reference to accessibility in rural areas. [79181] Malcolm Wicks: We believe that the current arrangements are sufficiently flexible to support a good standard of delivery to customers, regardless of their location.
