Mr. Dismore: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what plans he has to introduce an offence of corporate manslaughter; and if he will make a statement. [77918] Hilary Benn: The Government are committed to extending criminal liability for involuntary manslaughter to corporations, and will legislate when parliamentary time allows.
