- To what extent account is taken of possible breach of section 14 (1) (a) of Wildlife & Countryside Act 1982 when granting licence for alien shell fish cultivating; under what circumstances licenses cultivation of alien shell fish in British waters; under what powers can prevention of release of alien shell fish into wider marine environment & what monitoring & assessment is being made of environmental impact of shell fish farming of alien species - (Holding answer 25 & 26 July 1989)
