To give estimated yield in current financial year of a business rate for offices, shops, cafes & restaurants, hotels & boarding houses based on capital value & other business premises equal to, respectively 5% in City of London, 4% in rest of London, 3% in metropolitan districts & 2% elsewhere in UK & estimate of yield in 1988-89 under present arrangement & under new arrangements. - Includes table for yield for 1988-89 from business rates under present arrangements.
