- To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what steps she is taking to ensure that OFCOM takes into account the rights and needs of disabled consumers and reflects best practice on access standards. - In carrying out its functions OFCOM must have regard to the needs of people with disabilities - this is stipulated in Clause 3(2) of the draft Communications Bill.
