Mr. Gale: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what representations she has received concerning the future enforcement by Ofcom of the BBC fair trading commitment, [70381] Dr. Howells: [holding answer 17 July 2002]: ITN has made representations that the future enforcement of the BBC's fair trading commitment should lie with OFCOM rather than the BBC Governors.
