- To give applications for consents to discharge to rivers Taff & Ely which are currently under consideration by Welsh Water, to what extent, in considering these Welsh Water Authority takes account of down stream build-up of pollutants which will arise when the Cardiff bay development corporation constructs a barrage across mouth of 2 rivers.
