Mr. Galbraith: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when he last met the President of Russia; and if he will make a statement on the matters discussed. [111004] Mr. Vaz: My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary will meet Acting President Vladimir Putin in Moscow this week. He expects to discuss the situation in Chechnya, the outlook for Russia, and a range of issues on the international agenda.
