Mr. Don Foster: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what consultation was undertaken on making the Draft Local Government Bill a web-based publication only. [63926] Mr. Raynsford: No specific consultation took place. The decision to make this document a largely web- based publication is consistent with our e-government objectives. However, paper copies remain available on request for those that want them.
