Mr. Kidney: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to his answer of 24 November 1999, Official Report, column 124W, what are the respective responsibilities of his Department and the Scottish Executive in relation to British summer time in Scotland. [108818] Mr. Mike O'Brien: The Scotland Act 1998 reserves powers relating to summer time to Westminster and responsibility, therefore, remains with the Home Office.
