- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people have been refused permission to leave the United Kingdom to attend the World Cup football matches in view of their possible involvement with violence. - 1,032 people have been prevented from travelling to the World cup in accordance with the conditions of their football orders.

Mr. Cox: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many people have been refused permission to leave the United Kingdom to attend the World cup football matches in view of their possible involvement with violence. [60705] Mr. Denham: 1,032 people have been prevented from travelling to the World cup in accordance with the conditions of their football orders.
