Question: To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department, how many and what percentage of records relating to the Royal Family eligible for release under the 30 year rule in (a) 1997, (b) 1998, (c) 1999, (d) 2000 and (e) 2001 were withheld. - Inc list.
