Whether they have received requests from Spain to negotiate on the sovereignity of Gibraltar, in light of the interview with the Spanish Prime Minister, Jose Maria Aznar, in the Daily Telegraph on 22 March; and what the government response has been to any such requests. [Hl 1435].
