Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what plans he has for the residual mental health service on the St Ebba's Hospital site in Epsom; if he will build a village community on the St Ebba's site for people with learning disabilities; what account he has taken of the proposals put by members of the St Ebba's Parents and Relatives Group since the end of the public enquiry in its future plans for the site; and if he will make a statement.
