Mr. Peter Duncan: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what procedures are in place for ensuring fair competition for contracts issued by Forest Enterprise. [55820] Mr. Morley: Forest Enterprise follows HM Treasury guidelines and EU regulations and directives when letting contracts.
