- What steps have been taken to encourage universities & other institutions of advanced studies, scientific academies & institutes, professional associations & individuals in the scientific community to hold during week 11-17 Nov lectures, seminars, special debates & other activities conducive to study & dissemination of information on links between science & technology & maintenance of peace & security, as agreed upon in UN General Assembly Resolution A/RES/43/61.
