- What progress they are making towards resolving the concerns of the Internet Service Providers Association in respect of Section 11 of the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001, with particular reference to the interpretation that the draft code of practice, whether voluntary or mandatory, is in breach of current United Kingdom and European data protection legislation [HL 6163].
