Whether they agree with the analysis of Howard Schmidt, vice-president of President Bush's Critical Infrastructure Protection Board, that cyber crime in the shape of computer viruses is costing the world economy billions of dollars, and if so, what action they intend to take. - Inc ref to 7 May 2002, 634 c163-4WA.
