Mr. Cran: To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he will reply to the letter of 25 July 2001 from RD Fouracre and subsequent correspondence of 6 November 2001 and 7 February 2002. [51400] Jacqui Smith: [holding answer 19 April 2002]: I regret the Department was unable to trace the original correspondence. Following receipt of further information from the hon. Member on 18 April, a reply was sent on 23 April.
