To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will list for each financial year since April 1998 the amount of money recouped by the Compensation Recovery Unit; if he will list for each financial year since April 1998 the number of claims notified to the Compensation Recovery Unit; To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department, what estimates he has of the benefits likely to be recouped by the Compensation Recovery Unit for each of the next five financial years; how much has been recouped by the Compensation Recovery Unit in each financial year since April 1998; how many claims have been notified to the Compensation Recovery Unit in each financial year since April 1998; if he will estimate how much will be recouped by the Compensation Recovery Unit in each of the next three financial years. - Inc tables.
