- To publish in full results of investigation into deaths of 79 beagles in care of Alpha-Sirius (Perrycroft Lodge Kennels) & to initiate a prosecution against Alpha-Sirius (Perrycroft Lodge Kennels) under Transport of Animals (General) Order 1973 for failing in their duty of care in respect of deaths of beagles transported to Sweden.
