To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, what is the average length of time per day, in hours per car, that cars are stationary on each road of the trunk road network; what the average road speed is on each trunk road in the UK in (a) the rush hour, (b) non rush hour periods, (c) over the course of a week, (d) over the course of a whole week day and (e) over the course of the weekend. - Not available in form requested.
