- What steps DH is taking to ensure that Disablement Services Authority has financial resources to carry out planned service development in indoor/outdoor wheelchairs & special wheelchair seating; to indicate source of funding for developments & whether it is to come from reduction of other savings or from savings of improved efficiency & whether these savings have so far been realised in 2 and a quarter years' existence of authority.
