- What provisions it is proposed to include in proposed Broadcasting Bill to ensure that Broadcasting Standards Council or Independent Television Commission have adequate powers to enforce representation of deaf people & to monitor & enforce standards for hard of hearing & deaf people; & what provisions to ensure access to television viewing for deaf viewers through subtitling or sign language & for monitoring of sound quality. - Includes ref to 157 c704-5W.
