To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what representations she has made to the Department of Health in respect of the paper, Getting Ahead of the Curve-A Strategy for Combating Infectious Diseases; what discussions she has had with the Department of Health on the impact on Scotland of its proposals to disband the National Radiological Protection Board.
