Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what discussions she has recently had on the Scottish Parliament's powers to confer devolved functions on UK bodies; who was present; and if she will make a statement on the conclusions of such meetings; if she will publish the agenda for and list the location of recent meetings she has been involved in to discuss the Scottish Parliament's powers to confer devolved functions on UK bodies; and from which department supporting officials were provided.
