- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, how many retailers have indicated to her Department that they (a) would never open on Christmas Day, (b) would consider opening on Christmas Day and (c) intend to open on Christmas Day, in the last five years. - No retailers had indicated their intentions on these matters to the Dept.
