- To give total amount of compensation paid to investors by DTI following investigation by Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration of renewing of licence under Prevention of Fraud (Investments) Act 1958 of Langford Scott & Partners; how many investors were compensated; why DTI thought it appropriate to pay compensation; & whether compensation paid extended to loss of interest & stress as well as loss of principal sum invested.
